The “Large” in the product name is an edition designation used across the TOZO range rather than a description of the earbud, and this listing gives no dimensions to clarify it. If you are matching a replacement to a set you already own, confirm the variant with the seller.

How they connect
Bluetooth 5.3 is listed, and TOZO states support for HSP, HFP, A2DP and AVRCP. Those are Bluetooth profiles, not audio codecs. A2DP is the profile that carries stereo music at all, HFP and HSP handle calls, and AVRCP handles track controls. Every stereo Bluetooth earbud supports all four, so naming them tells you nothing about audio quality.
No codec is named

That is processing applied to the outbound signal, so it improves what the person on the other end of a call hears and does nothing at all for what you hear. TOZO’s phrasing about reducing external noise sits in a bullet about calls, but it is easy to misread as listener-side cancellation. It is not.
The water rating contradicts itself
The title claims IPX8. The bullet explaining it says the case and earbuds are “waterproof for 30 minutes at a depth of 1 m thanks to a nano coating inside.”
One meter for thirty minutes is the IPX7 test, not the IPX8 test. IPX7 has exactly that defined condition. IPX8 means continuous immersion beyond one meter under conditions the manufacturer specifies, which is a higher standard. TOZO has claimed the higher code and then described the lower one’s test in the same listing, and we are naming that rather than choosing. Assume IPX7-level protection, which is still substantial.
Note also that this listing claims the rating covers the charging case as well as the buds. That is unusual and worth having, since on sets that rate both separately the case is normally far weaker, as on the JBL Vibe Beam where the case is IPX2. Three limits apply regardless of the code: no IP rating covers seawater, none covers pressurized water such as a shower head, and protection degrades as seals age and as sweat residue collects around the mesh and the charging contacts.
