The form on this page is the only way to reach us. We publish no telephone number, run no chat service and hold no mailing list, so anything sent by another route is unlikely to reach the person who can act on it. Every message is read.
What we can help with
- A factual error on one of our pages. Send the page address and the source that contradicts it, and it will be corrected.
- A specification that no longer matches the manufacturer’s current documentation, which happens when a model is revised under the same name.
- A copyright or takedown request. The route and the details to include are set out on the copyright page.
- A privacy request, such as asking for a copy of what we hold or asking us to delete it. See the privacy policy for what to include.
- A broken page, a bad link or a product write up that is missing from a section of the catalog.
What we cannot do
We sell nothing. No order is placed here and no payment is taken here, so we cannot look up an order, change or cancel one, track a shipment, arrange a return or refund, or handle a warranty claim on a faulty unit. Those all belong to the retailer you bought from or to the manufacturer, and contacting us instead only costs you time. If a case will not charge or a bud has stopped pairing, the manufacturer’s support line is the place to start.
We also cannot give hearing or medical advice, and we will not try. If listening is causing pain, ringing, muffled hearing or any change you have noticed, see a physician or an audiologist rather than writing to a website. The reasoning is set out in our terms and conditions.
We cannot recommend a product for your specific ears, your specific phone or your specific medical circumstances. What we can do is point you at the specification that answers the question, and say plainly when the listing does not publish it.
Please include the page address if your message is about a specific write up. It makes a correction far quicker to apply. We read everything that arrives, though we cannot promise a reply to every message or a fixed response time.
